Well, here I go. Off into the wonderful world of BLOGS. Simon and Kaitlin would be so proud of me! Now if only I can get someone to read it.

btw- re: house cleaners/slave type people. I was speaking to my boyfriend Shuborno and his parents about the issue a number of months ago. His parents were raised as middle to high class in India. I found it very interesting the way they viewed the situation of house help. They were still taught how to do the work however the house help was more a remark on the fact that you are supporting their society where they don't have money. The only way for said individuals to survive is if they have work. Given that we're the people who hire them it is up to us to do so. After giving it much thought I'm not sure I'm so much against it. What are your thoughts now that you've been there awhile?
